7.Payment of certification issuance fee amounting to (1010)AED.
1.The valid residence permit of representative must be sponsored by the same office.

1.The valid residence permit of representative must be sponsored by the same office.
2.Must be fluent in reading and writing Arabic language.
3.In case of being him an employee with Dubai Courts previously , he should have completed two years on termination of his services.
4.To provide a certificate stating familiarity of representative with basics of the computer. ( if it is there).
5.Competent, having good conduct, well reputed and not prosecuted in criminal or misdemeanor case causing disgrace and effecting his integrity and honor.
6.Pass the interview by Non- Arabs which shall be conducted by relevant committee in the Courts.
