شروط الخدمة |
1.the ship should be anchoring in the country's regional water.
2.Ship attachment result in preventing it from travelling.

3.(In case of precautionary attachment) The claim should be resulted from a marine debt.
4.(In case of precautionary attachment) An acceptable guarantee to the Court which ensures all damages may occur to the debtor due to the ship attachment if appears that the creditor was not rightful in his claim.
5.(In case of execution attachment) passing 24 hours after bailiff formal payment notice to the owner or at his residence and if the subject was related to marine debt on a ship, then the notice should be hand over to the captain or his representative.
