1.The parties of the contract should attend personally or one who presented them legally of religionally. 2.The parties of the contract has capacity and authorization to do contract.
1.The parties of the contract should attend personally or one who presented them legally of religionally. 2.The parties of the contract has capacity and authorization to do contract. 3.The documents which need to be certified should be official and the one which issued outside country should be certified from; the foreign affairs for that country,UAE embassy in that coutry, UAE foreign affairs and it should be translated into Arabic by lagal translations and certified it form ministry of justice or notary public. 4.Payment of legal fees. 5.Agreement should include the following information: a) name of parties, their nationalities and place of residence, b) Date of Sale c) type of commercial establishment, serial number of trade or professional license, name and addresses of the establishment, d) the agreed elements included in the sale e) Cost value of each and every material and immaterial elements individually and the partial payment made at the signing of the agreement, mode of payment of outstanding value, f) terms and conditions concerning the agreements and undertaking related to the establishment, if any. g)terms and conditions related to preserving of seller's right in termination or cancellation and good will, if any. 6.Include the following clause: (The ownership of the establishment will not be transferred between the parties or to a third party until the registration of sale in the commerce register and issuance of its summary in 2 local Arabic daily newspapers in two issues in alternative weeks, post to expiration of term specified for any objection to sale 7.If the agreement was written in other language, it should be translated into Arabic by legal translator and attested on each page.
