Term and Condition |
1.Presence of parties in person by themselves or through their legal or legitimate representatives .
2.Documents subject for attestation must be official and those issued outside the country shall be attested from the following authorites: Ministry of Foerign affairs of the said state, UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and must be legally translated to Arabic language approved by the Ministry of justice.

3.Payment of legal fee.
4.The deponent in any declaration should be more than 21 years old, while his shares should be registered in Commerce Register. Any declaration can be executed by a single deponent
5.If the declaration was written in other language, it should be translated into Arabic by legal translator and attested on each page.
